Teaching base
Wyższa SzkoÅ‚a KsztaÅ‚cenia Zawodowego runs its activity in a building located in the center of WrocÅ‚aw (pl. PowstaÅ„ców ÅšlÄ…skich 1/201, 53-329 WrocÅ‚aw). It is characterized by easy access to transport connections, city bike stations and access to other higher education institutions, public institutions and business entities.
The teaching rooms located in the "Thespian" building are of the highest finishing standard, and their suitability for conducting education can be considered extremely high.

Each classroom is equipped with a set of comfortable seats, a modern, large-size TV screen, a laptop, a traditional and multimedia board, audiovisual equipment to be used in the process of possible remote education (introduction or maintenance of a sanitary regime).
There is a multi-workstation computer lab at the seat of the University, which is designed for the needs of teaching activities.
The building at the University's disposal is adapted to the needs of people with disabilities . The corridors are wide and the communication routes are without thresholds. Thanks to the lifts, people with motor disabilities can easily reach the 2nd and 3rd floor with lecture and training rooms.
The university also has office space prepared and adapted for didactic purposes in another, modern building in the very center of Wrocław, at ul. A. Zelwerowicz 20.

In order to provide students with the greatest possible support in the education process, the University introduced its own educational platform available for students at wskz.pl.
Currently, WSKZ has developed digitized teaching materials useful in the process of acquiring asynchronous knowledge - students are provided with constant, uninterrupted access to lectures and teaching materials with the possibility of their repeated reproduction. Access to the materials is possible from the level of the "Student's Panel" after logging in to the individual student account. The platform also enables the possibility of synchronous contact (thanks to the Teams application), including, if necessary, the possibility of conducting classes in the form of audio video. Importantly, the platform has modules that allow you to learn also outside planned classes, e.g. the ability to store materials or prepare notes in electronic form. In addition, the platform provides, among others tools for testing and quantitative analyzes, which is and will be useful during the implementation of activities requiring the involvement of special programs and applications with computational and prognostic values. Currently, the state of infrastructure supporting the education process includes computer programs and applications (Microsoft 365 for teachers or lecturers, Office 365 for students).
Wyższa Szkoła Kształcenia Zawodowego is prepared for any changes related to the education process and its adaptation to the changing epidemic guidelines. If necessary, students will be able to use distance education techniques (synchronous and asynchronous), and the process will be supervised by the Rector and Vice-Rector for Education. Already in 2020, due to the epidemic threat, the University of Vocational Education by Rector's Order No. 6/2020 of September 30, 2020 on the principles of conducting classes and organizing credits, exams and diploma exams using distance learning methods and techniques (https://bip.wskz.pl/), created the possibility of conducting classes remotely. In connection with remote education, the possibility of adjusting the methods of verifying the achievement of learning outcomes assigned to classes has also been allowed. The University also makes it possible to conduct diploma examinations remotely outside the University's premises, using technologies ensuring registration and control of its course.
